Import data from Ivari

You can export all your current contracts from Webcappow and import them with our specially designed import tool.

Here's how.

Export your data from Webcappow

1. Connect to the Ivari Webcappow portal.
2. Click on Report in the main menu.
3. Select the Life Insurance product type in the left-hand vertical menu.
4. Then select the advisor code(s) you wish to export, or select All advisors.
5. Finally, click on the Download button.

A CSV file such as BusinessListing_Life_20250405_10_12.csv will be imported into your Download folder.

Import data into your Laylah environment

1. Click on Data, then on Import in the left-hand vertical menu.
2. Click on Add an import , then on View Ivari tile details.
   
3. Click on the Configure button , enter a description if you wish and click on Create.
   
   
4. As soon as you see confirmation that the import has been created, click on the Close button.
5. Click on the import you've just created, then on the Upload file button in the file area.
   
   
6. Drag the file you've created, or use the Select button to find the file on your computer.  Then click on Upload.
7. As soon as you see that the uploaded file status is set to Uploaded, click on the Start import button.

Et voilà, the import is underway..

Associate agent codes with your users.

The last step is not mandatory, but it can be very useful in identifying the advisors assigned to the contacts.

1. From the import you've just done, display the Automatic assignment box at the bottom of the page.
2. Click on the + in the Assigned column and enter the name of the Laylah user associated with the agent codes.
   

Et voilà!

Users will be automatically associated with contacts.
