The 4 sections of life analysis
Death Expenses
These are expenses that will be present throughout the life of the insured.
A default amount is defined for funeral and testamentary expenses. You can modify these amounts to suit your needs.
Liabilities
Payables are taken directly from the liabilities section of the balance sheet.
The analysis assumes that debts are repaid in full on death, but you can also repay the individual portion.
Income Replacement
It calculates the monthly income shortfall on the death of the insured and identifies the capital needed to replace it for a certain number of years.
Several fields are already calculated to save you time, including net monthly income, monthly loan repayments and monthly savings.
A calculator is available to estimate the amount of the Survivor Pension and the Orphan's Pension.
The Replacement Needs Calculation section displays the monthly shortfall and proposes to cover it for a period of 5 years. You can change the duration as required.
Available Assets at Death
These are all the sums available following the death, including Liquidable Assets on the balance sheet and insurance coverages.
By default, no assets are selected, but you can select them as required by clicking on the small pencil.
Writing your recommendation
You can write your recommendation from scratch by clicking on the + or use one of the recommendation templates added by your administrator.
Et voilà ! You've created your first life analysis.
