Create a task

Find how to create tasks from the contact form or the task list.

Tasks enable you to plan, track and share actions to be done out for your contacts.

They can be created from the contact file or directly from the to-do list.

Create a task from a contact file

Creating a task from the contact form is advantageous, as it is automatically linked to the contact, making it easier for all members of your team to follow up.

  1. Click on the action Tâche button under the contact's name.
  2. Enter task information in the task edit window. 
  3. Click on the Submit button.

Create a task from the task list

The task list contains the tasks of all your team members.

  1. Click on the Task button in the main menu.
  2. Enter the task name directly in the first line of tasks, then press Enter.
  3. If necessary, click on the three small dots (...) to bring up the full edit window and enter the task information.

Assign a user to the task

If the task is to be assigned to you, click on the Assign to me option on the right of the edit window.

If it is to be assigned to another user, select him/her in the Assignees field.

It is possible to assign more than one user to a task.


The options in the Status, Priority and Labels fields can be customized.
