Our support team is here to help you make the most of Laylah.

The best way to contact the support team is by using the chat directly in the application.

1. From the Dashboard, click on the Contact Team button.
2. The chat window appears at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Write directly in the area indicated Write a message and press the Return key.
4. The conversation with a member of the support team begins.

Sometimes it's more effective to talk to each other or share your screen for a better understanding. In these situations, we send a Google Meet link to switch the chat conversation to a virtual meeting.
