How to contact our support team

Get fast assistance from our support team.

Our support team is here to help you make the most of Laylah.

The best way to contact the support team is by using the chat directly in the application.

  1. From your Laylah environment, click on the Point dinterrogation button in the top right corner.
  2. Click on Contact our team.
  3. The chat window appears at the bottom right of the screen.
  4. Write directly in the area indicated Write a message and press the Return key.
  5. The conversation with a member of the support team begins.

Sometimes it's more effective to talk to each other or share your screen for a better understanding. In these situations, we send a Google Meet link to switch the chat conversation to a virtual meeting.

Outside regular service hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5PM, or if we can't get back to you immediately, you'll be asked to provide your e-mail address. This will enable us to contact you by e-mail as soon as we return.
