Import data from Zoho/Cloven

Migrate your Zoho data easily with our simple and efficient import tool

Switching from Zoho to Laylah is really easy.

All you need to do is extract your data from Zoho and drop it into our import tool specifically designed to handle Zoho data.

Export your data from Zoho

Follow the steps described in the Zoho Help Center article to extract your data:

You will receive several zip files and a csv file called "zoho contacts export XX.csv".

Compress the "zoho contacts export XX.csv" file so that it has the same .zip extension as the others.

Import data into your Laylah environment

  1. Click on Data, then on Import in the left-hand vertical menu.
  2. Click on Add import , then on View details.

  3. Click on the Configure button, enter a description if you wish and click on Create.

  4. As soon as you see confirmation that the import has been created, click on the Close button.
  5. Click on the import you've just created, then on the Upload new file button in the file area.

  6. Drag and drop the zip files you've received, or use the Select button to find the file on your computer.  Then click on Upload.
  7. As soon as you see that the uploaded file status is set to Uploaded, click on the Schedule import button.Config Import Zoho - 8 - EN

Et voilà, the import is scheduled and will be processed next Friday from 6pm Montreal time.

Data will be available the following day.

Associate agent codes with your users.

The last step is not mandatory, but it can be very useful in identifying the advisors assigned to the contacts.

  1. From the import you've just done, display the Automatic assignment box at the bottom of the page.
  2. Click on the + in the Assigned column and enter the name of the Laylah user associated with the agent codes.

Et voilà!

Users will be automatically associated with contacts.
