Remove or disable a user

Find out how quick and easy it is to remove users from your environment.

To remove a user from your team, simply deactivate their access.

Disable user access

Requirements: Have the role of Owner or Administrator.

  1. Click on Configuration in the main menu.
  2. Click on My team in the left-hand vertical menu.
  3. Select the user to deactivate, then click on the Deactivate button.

Deactivation is immediate.

  • This user's access is instantly revoked.
  • A pro rata credit is automatically issued on the same day.

Users whose access has been deactivated remain visible in your team.  This means you can reactivate them at in the future.

Deactivated users are not removed from your environment to keep a record of their past actions in the history.
