Synchronize your Microsoft Office email and calendar with Laylah in just a few clicks.
Microsoft Office integration automatically syncs your Outlook emails and calendar with Laylah.
Emails are archived in the contact files without any action required on your part. Even if the email is deleted in your Outlook account, it will remain stored in Laylah.
Events involving your customers will appear in their contact file, allowing you to take notes and review the history of past events.
Here's how to configure this integration:
Link your Office account to Laylah
Before setting up, make sure you're logged into your Office account on the same browser you're using with Laylah. This makes logging in quicker and easier.
Procedure
- Click on Data in the main menu, then on Integrations in the left-hand vertical menu.
- Click on Add Integration and select Office 365.
- Click on the Configure button, then enter a description (optional).
- Click on the Sign in with Office 365 button and follow Microsoft's instructions to connect to your Office account.
- Authorize Laylah to access your Office account and close the tab.
Voilà! Your Office account is now linked to Laylah, and all your emails and events will be synchronized automatically.
The Messages and Events extension must be activated beforehand.
