Synchronize your Google email and calendar with Laylah in just a few clicks.
Google integration allows you to automatically synchronize your Google emails and calendar with Laylah.
Emails are archived in the contact file without any action on your part. Even if an e-mail is deleted from your Google account, it will remain in Laylah.
Events involving your customers will appear in their contact file, allowing you to take notes and consult the history of past meetings.
Here's how to configure this integration :
Link your Google Account to Laylah
Before setting up, make sure you're logged in to your Google account on the same browser you're using with Laylah. This makes logging in quicker and easier.
- Click on Data in the main menu, then on Integration in the left-hand vertical menu.
- Then click on Add Integration and select Google.
- Click on the Configure button, then enter a description (optional).
- Click on the Sign in with Google button and follow Google's instructions to sign in to your account.
- Authorize Laylah to access your Google account and close the tab.
Voilà! Your Google account is now linked to Laylah, and all your e-mails and events will be synchronized automatically.
The Messages and Events extension must be activated beforehand.
