Install Cases extension

Install the Cases extension to benefit from the flexibility of Kanban boards

If you don't see Cases in the main menu, the Cases extension is not installed in your environment.

Here's how administrators can install it.

Once you've installed the extension, no cases will be present, but 2 processes will be created to enable you to familiarize yourself with this functionality.  These are an opportunity process and an operations process.

You can modify or delete these processes, replacing them with those that are most useful to you.
