Does synchronization create duplicates?

Keep full control over duplicate management.

When synchronizing, Laylah compares the new contact with those already present in your environment.

When 2 contacts are similar, Laylah analyzes their information, such as date of birth, address, phone number, e-mail address, and so on.

  • When Laylah determines that they are the same person or company, similar contacts are grouped together.
  • When Laylah doesn't have enough information to perform the grouping, but suspects it could be the same person, it adds the contacts to the list of duplicates to be reviewed and sends you a notification so you can accept or reject the grouping.

This gives you full control over the grouping of contacts.
