Disable a source

Find out how to stop the synchronization of data from a source and keep its data.

Disabling a source allows you to interrupt synchronizations while retaining the data the source had imported.

This can be useful when one of your advisors no longer works with you, but you need to keep the data.

Disabling a source

1. Select the source to be disabled in one of two ways:
   
   • Click on the source in the Dashboard Data Sources widgets.
   • Click on the Data button in the main menu and then on the source.
2. Click on the Options button and select the Disable option.
