Configure your Cases processes

Learn how to configure your Kanban boards and processes with Laylah

Here's how administrators can easily create Kanban boards to manage multiple processes and facilitate the management of customer cases.

Create the process to define the steps of the Kanban board

Process statuses define the columns of the kanban board.  You can define their order as well as one of the 3 following categories:

  • To do
  • In progress
  • Done

Dossiers that are To Do or In Progress will be visible at the top of the contact file, while those that are Done will be visible in the contact file history.
