Find out how Laylah protects your synchronized data
No. Laylah stores all synchronized data so that nothing is lost or deleted.
The contact file presents data from all sources, masking identical or similar data to keep the contact file clean.
What happens if the data is similar or identical?
When several sources provide similar or identical data, only one is displayed and the other is hidden.
For example, if Source A: imports the phone number 418-555-5555 and Source B imports the number (418) 555-5555, then either number A or B will be displayed and the other hidden.
What happens when the data is different?
When sources provide different data, 2 things can happen:
The 2 data are displayed
When a field can hold more than one piece of data, such as address or phone number, Laylah displays the 2 pieces of data because they complement each other.
A single data item is displayed
When a field can only hold one data item, such as name or date of birth, Laylah displays the one it considers best and hides the other.
